Pet Registration
Irving residents must register each one of their pets. Registration helps reduce the number of pets held at the Animal Shelter by ensuring the quick return of lost pets to their owners. Dogs and cats ages four months and older need to be registered. See our Fee Schedule page for applicable fees.
How do I register my pet?
By Mail
Submit a copy of your pet's current rabies vaccination certificate and microchip information (if applicable), and make a check payable to Irving Animal Services.

Residents can register their pets at the Irving Animal Care Campus, located at 4140 Valley View Lane. Be sure to bring a current rabies vaccination certificate and microchip information (if applicable).

Pet license renewals may be paid online at www.petdata.com. A $1.95 convenience fee will be added for each transaction.
